人橋上従（よ）り過ぎれば、橋は流れて水は流れず
罪の子
愛する許婚(いいなずけ)が既に身ごもっていることを知った男は、あわてふためくにちがいない。ヨセフがマリアとの婚約を解消すべきか否か思い悩んでいた時、天使が現れ、「処女は身ごもり男の子を産む。その子はイマヌエルと呼ばれるであろう。『神は我らとともにあり』と言う意味である。」と告げた。ヨセフはそこで目が覚め、天使が命じたとおりマリアを妻として迎え、生まれた子にイエス(イマヌエル)と名付けた。
聖別
この世に生を得たものは、全て神が聖別して、世につかわされた者、すなわち神の子に他ならない。とは言え、他人が許婚に孕ませた子を、実子として養っただけでなく、『イエス(神は我らとともにあり)』と名付けたヨセフこそ、人類史上最も偉大な父親と言うことができるだろう。ヨセフが苦しみの中で到達した無辺無尽の慈悲心が救世主イエスを誕生させたのである。
善慧大士の偈頌
中国南北朝時代の高僧善慧大士(497-569)の偈頌「空手にして鋤頭を把り、歩行して水牛に騎る。人橋上従（よ）り過ぎれば、橋は流れて水は流れず。(碧巌録)」は正にこうした発想の大転換、即ち回光返照の退歩を諭されたものと思う。
イエスの実父
イエスの王朝の著者ジェイムズ・Ｄ・ディバー氏によると、イエスの実の父親はローマの歩兵隊第一射手ティベリウス・ユリウス・アブデス・パンテラであったものと見られ、聖書の記述から、イエスは布教活動の合間を縫って、肉親の父親に会いに行った節が見られると言う。
オバマ大統領の発願
米国民が建国以来初めて選出した黒人大統領オバマ氏は、病める大国を再生させる道を地球上から核を廃絶することに見出したようだ。地上の生命を根こそぎ消滅させることも可能な大量破壊兵器を開発し、貯蔵する米国は、原罪を犯したアダム以上に罪深いと言えるが、核を廃絶できるなら、その功績は遙かに罪を上回り、米国のみならず全人類を蘇らせることができる。そして今そのことができるのは、恐らく米国をおいて他にないだろう。
神に委ねる変身
今日のような疾風怒濤の時代にあって水面に浮上し続けるのは、大国も小国も、大企業も個人も極めて難しく、もがけばもがくほど、急流に足を取られ、水中深く引き込まれかねない。こうした際には、急流から一歩退き、橋の上に立って見るのも一つの方法かも知れない。不思議なことに最早水は流れず、橋と共に流れる自分自身を見出すことができる。
パウロはローマ信徒に宛てた手紙の中で「この世の風潮や習慣に倣うのではなく、あなた方の心の眼を外から内に向け、神があなたを変身させるのにお任せしなさい。そうすればあなた方のことをはかる思いやりに満ちたまったき御心を理解することができるでしょう」と説いている(ローマ信徒への手紙１２章２節)。(返照2009/07/10)

The child of sin
The man who realizes that his fiancee has been pregnant before they came together must get flustered.
When Joseph, the husband of Mary of whom was born Jesus, was wondering about divorcing her quietly, an angel of the Lord appeared to him and said "The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel which means, God with us."
When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. And he gave the child the name Jesus.
The Anointed
Every being in this world is set apart by God as his very own and sent into the world, that is the son of God. However Joseph, whom not only brought up the child as his own son but also gave the child the name "God with us", is the greatest father in the human's history. This merciful heart that Joseph achieved in anguish, bore Jesus Chríst.
The poem by Shan Hui Da Shi
Shan Hui Da Shi(497-569), a Chinese Zen master during the period of the North South Dynasty, taught us the need for this great diverting. In other words, "huiguang-fanzhao(learn to withdraw, turning the light inward,illuminating the Self)".This led him to write the following poem.
Empty-handed I go, and behold the spade is in my hands;
I walk on foot, and yet on the back of an ox I am riding;
When I pass over the bridge,
Lo, the water floweth not, but the bridge doth flow.
Jesus' real father
According to Mr. James D. Tabor, the author of "The Jesus Dynasty", Jesus' real father was possibly Tiberius Iulius Abdes Pantera, a Roman archer of the Cohors I Sagittariorum. And Jesus seemed to have visited his own father on his way for mission according to the description of the Gospel of Mark.
President Obama’s Hotsugan (Vow)
Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, the first Black President in the history of the United States, seems to have found the way to save the sick major powers through the total destruction of nuclear weapons in this world. America, who develops and stores weapons of mass destruction which can uproot life on earth, is more sinful than Adam who committed the original sin. However if they manage to abolish all nuclear weapons, their accomplishments far outweigh their crime and not only the U.S., but all human beings can revive. And now probably only the United States can do it.
Let God transform you
In an era when storm and stress come together, big and small countries, companies and people, everyone finds it difficult to weather the angry waves and the more you flounder, the deeper you sink. Then you had better withdraw from the water and try to stand on the bridge. It is a marvel. You will find that the water does not flow anymore but the bridge flows together with you. When you entrust yourself to the will of heaven, you do not need to transform yourself but you will automatically change accordingly.
Paul too preached in his letter to the Christian in Rome; Do not copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. (Roma: 12-2) .(Hensho 2009/07/10)

罪障所生的孩子
约瑟犹豫不定是否把怀孕耶稣的马利亚休时，有主的使者出现告诉他「必有童女怀孕生子；人要称他的名为以马内利就是『神与我们同在』的意思。」约瑟听完就醒了起来，就遵着主使者的吩咐把马利亚娶过来，等她生了儿子，就给他起名叫耶稣(以马内利)。
神所分别为圣
这个世界的一切生物都是神所分别为圣、又差到世间来的，就是神的儿子或女儿。不过，不但把别人使婚约的爱女怀孕的孩子作为亲生孩子而养，而且给他起名叫『神与我们同在』的约瑟是在人类的历史上最伟大的父亲。约瑟在苦恼中发现的无尽无边的慈悲心是使救世主耶稣诞生的。
善慧大士的偈颂

美国总统奥巴马的发愿
美国第一位黑人总统巴拉克•胡赛因•奥巴马似乎发现从这个世界废弃核武器是重建患病大国的究竟办法。开发和存储可以根除地球上的所有生命那么杀伤力大的大规模破坏武器的美国，它的罪证超过犯了原罪的亚当。不过，要是它实在地从这个世界废弃核武器的话，它的功劳远远超过它的罪。不但救济它自己，而且苏生全人类。加上除了美国以外现在恐怕没有一个国家会作这种事。
让神意更新你
在时事急变的疾风怒涛时代，大小国家，企业 和个人都试图改变自己而适应时代的潮流。不过在水里不小心动作的话，可能被急流摔倒，越挣扎越沉下，失去自我。那么试试看从水脱出，站在桥上。如果你从桥上看急流的话，你会发现你跟桥一起流下去，却水不流。你会知道，你已经变。保罗也在对罗马信徒写的信里说：不要效法这个世界，只要心意更新而变化，叫你们察验何为神的善良、纯全、可喜悦的旨意。(罗马书12-2) (返照2009/07/10)
