【シンガポール】シンガポール証取(SES)上場のElec & Eltek International(EEI)は、中国開平市機械與電器工業公司(KCMEIC:Kaiping City Mechanical & Electrical Industrial Co.)と合弁で2500万米ドルを投じ、開平市にプリント基板(PCB)工場を設ける。
ＥＥＩが14日発表したところによれば、払込資本1280万米ドルの合弁会社Elec & Eltek No2 CompanyにＥＥＩは子会社のElec & Eltek Kaiping(Singapore)No.2 Pte Ltdを通じて65％(US$832万)、ＫＣＭＥＩＣが35％を出資する。(BT,LZ:11/15)
