◆＜印度＞アルミ会社の政府持分売却でアドバイザー募集

【ニューデリー】インド政府は資本金760クローのBharat Alminium Company Ltd(Balco)の政府持分売却計画のアドバイザーを指名するため国際入札を募集した。
政府は戦略パートナーには、完全出資するBalcoの最大40％の持分を売却する方針で、その後34％の持分も国内市場で公開する計画だ。Balcoは国内アルミ市場の17％のシェアを握っている。(ET:1/8)
