【ブーバネスワル】Tata Iron & Steel Company (Tisco)、Jindal、Murugappaグループ等が鉄鋼会社Nilachal Ispat Nigam Ltd (NINL)の民営化計画に注目している。
インディアン･エクスプレスが12月18日報じたところによると、ＮＩＮＬはインド中央政府傘下のスター・トレーディング・ハウス、Metals and Minerals Trading Corporation Ltd(MMTC)とオリッサ州政府が経営するIndustrial Promotion and Investment Corporation of Orissa Ltd(Ipicol)、そして鉄鋼省傘下のコンサルタンシー＆エンジニアリング会社Metallurgical & Engineering Consultants India Ltd(Mecon)の合弁会社。
Ｔｉｓｃｏは既に入札書類を提出したとされ、Murugappaグループの幹部は最近ＮＩＮＬのプラントを実地視察した｡またBraja Kishore Tripathy鉄鋼相は、Vizag Steel Plantを経営するRastriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL)にも、ＮＩＮＬ民営化入札に加わる機会を与えるよう指示したと伝えられる。
