【ムンバイ】Bajaj Auto Ltd(BAL)は、Maharashtra Scooters Ltd (MSL)の27％権益をWestern Maharashtra Development Corporation Ltd (WMDC)から1株151.63ルピー、総額46.79クロー(US$1048万)で買収する。
ヒンドゥー・ビジネス・ラインが1月20／21日伝えたところによると、BALは20日、ボンベイ証券取引所(BSE)に以上のように報告した。
WMDCが保持する額面10ルピーのMSL株、合計308万5712株の売却価格は、仲介者Arvind V Savant元判事の1月14日付け裁定通り、1株151.63ルピーに決定された。
BALは2005年12月末時点でMSLの24％の権益を保持しており、今回の買収が完了すれば、BALのMSL持ち分は51％に拡大する。
