◆日法酒商谈判入股在Tilaknagar工业

　　世界第二最畅销的白兰地标签万胜的制造商Tilaknagar工业有限公司正在与三得利控股公司和保乐力加(Pernod Ricard)等全球巨头谈判，出售15-20％的其股份。
　　据消息灵通人士，该公司用所筹得资金，大约600cr卢比，去杠杆化而调整其资产负债表。目前，该公司在账簿上拥有600cr卢比的债务。
