Virgin Birth

Suffering of Jesus
It is virtually for us to understand how shocked Jesus was when he discovered he was not Joseph's own child, especially in a Jewish community which places great emphasis on the paternal lineage. At that time Moses' commandments were meant only for the descendants of Abraham and might not have been granted to those who could not identify their father. Jesus, who was said to have preached in the temple since he was his twelve years old, must have been overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death when he discovered the secret of his birth.
Encounter with John the Baptist
But when he met John the Baptist, he might have been released from his torment. John, who preached that we should produce ‘fruit’ in keeping with repentance, ignored the lineage of Abraham. John said to the crowds coming out to be baptized by him in the Jordan River, "You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. And do not begin to say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father.' For I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. The axe is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire." (Luke 3:7-9)

Mismatch of Genealogy
The secret of Jesus' birth tormented his disciples too. We can perceive this through reading the genealogy from Abraham to Joseph in the beginning of the Gospel of Matthew, or, in the episode of the birth of Jesus in the Gospel of Luke, and, in the Gospel of John the famous opening sentence of "In the beginning was the Word". The Gospel of Matthew and the Gospel of Luke both show us the genealogies trying to prove that Joseph was a direct descendant of King David. But the two genealogies contradict each other.
The belief of the virgin birth as Jesus' mother Mary conceived him through the Holy Spirit, was based on the following description from the Old Testament – Isaiah, "The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel". Originally it mentioned ‘a young woman’ in the original Hebrew but when the Old Testament was translated into Greek it was written as ‘a virgin’. The Gospel of Matthew and the Gospel of Luke both quote this description but their episodes were quite different.
These genealogies and episodes were essential to Matthew, Luke and John's faith. Their faith shouldn’t be questioned as there was no deliberate deception. Their deep faith appears to have been nurtured through working and living with Jesus, witnessing his Crucifixion and by the experience of persecution after Jesus’ death.

Intention of Jesus who denied the lineage of David and called himself "the son of man"
Jesus himself denied that he was the son of David, according to the Gospel of Matthew 22:43-45, but he liked to describe himself as the ‘son of man’. This appellation is said to be referred to in The Old Testament, Daniel 7:13-14.
"In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed."
Nothing's there initially, where does the dust alight
Jesus seems to have used the appellation the ‘son of man’ in order to illustrate the following truth to all nations throughout his life. The ‘son of man’ is only a child of God, regardless of whether they are the son (or daughter) of a tax collector or prostitute. He (she) can inherit the kingdom that has been prepared for him (her) since the creation of the world. The ‘only child’ means ‘irreplaceable child’. It transcends the difference of one and many. From this point of view, indeed ‘there is nothing initially, where the dust alights?’ Everybody is born of a virgin, whether or not their parents are, in fact, thieves or prostitutes.
Sin and redemption
On the other hand there is no pure man in this world. For everyone has karma or original sin. The original sin was not a sin committed just once during the era of Adam and Eve but has been committed repeatedly by men since then. So one's life is not enough to redeem their inherited sins. Those sins may have to be redeemed continuously by his remotest descendants. If so, none of us may expect to live in heaven. Even if we enter heaven, we still cannot escape from the retribution of sins which we have committed on earth. Jesus said "I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."(Matt 16:19)
But Jesus also said to his disciples, "I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."(Mark 11:23-24) He said the following too, "I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."(Matt 17:20)
Grasp the Self and keep hold of it
Jesus seems to have preached that salvation was in the practice itself. Even if the practice has to be done endlessly, by making the decision to act consistently, holding onto the Self (the Mandate of Heaven or the Holy Spirit) you have already been saved. The important thing is to grasp the Self and to keep hold of it. (Eko-an Hensho-koji 2006/01/31)

What is "Baptism with The Holy Spirit"?
According to the dialectic of the Gospel of John,
【thesis】 "A man can possess eternal life through accepting testimony of the Son of man and being baptized by him." (John 5:24)
【anti-thesis】 But "The one who comes from the earth cannot accept the testimony by one from heaven."(John 3:32)
How then can a man possess eternal life?
【synthesis】 "If you want to be baptized with the Holy Spirit, you can just go back to the word which was with God in the beginning (John 1:1) and certify that God is truthful. (John 3:33)"

Heaven's destiny is called the self, keeping the self is called the way, and practicing the way is called religion.
Lunyu (The Analects of Confucius)
Kongzi said, "San, my way is to practice consistently with the Self."
Ceng said, "Yes."
After Konzi had gone out, one of his disciples asked, "What does it mean?"
Ceng answered, "Our master's way is concluded to be merciful as the self of the universe is merciful."
